Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes! You may request a return or exchange within 7 days upon receiving, as long as:

  • The item is not a sale item
  • Tags attached
  • Item is unworn, unwashed & undamaged 

Shipping fees apply.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Please email info@ootk.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange

Our team will reply with return instructions and address.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! Size exchanges are welcome, subject to stock availability. Shipping fees apply.

What if I receive a defective or wrong item?

Please contact us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Will I get a refund?

Approved returns will be issued as store credit voucher:

  • Equal value to the returned item
  • Valid for 90 days
  • Non-refundable & non-reissuable 

How long does processing take?

Once we receive your item, processing takes 7–10 business days

Are any items non-returnable?

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale items
  • Intimate apparel
  • Personalised items
